From the sunny southern slopes of the Alps to the lush orange groves of Sicily, Italy offers enormous variety in its natural scenery and historical backgrounds.

 

Italy is a land celebrated for the arts, and not the least among the arts that have attained their highest expression in Italy is the art of hospitality.

 

Day 1: Arrival in Venice Airport

Transfer from Venice Airport to Hotel Central Venice

Rest of the day at leisure

 

Day 2

Morning: Venice Guided Tour

Visit St. Mark's square, the Basilica and its Byzantine heritage and the Doge's Palace. Then, leave the square and crowds behind to discover the "real Venice ", enter a labyrinth of narrow passageways.

   

Afternoon: Murano, Burano and Torcello Guided Tour

Explore the famous islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello, on a half-day excursion. You'll see a glass-blowing display on Murano, shop for lace on Burano and visit Venice’s first church on Torcello.

 

Day 3

Morning: Venice at Leisure

Relax, take your time to pack or shop for that Carnival mask you always wanted.

The morning is yours to enjoy and relax. Just before noon we will leave Venice and travel south towards Tuscany.

   

Afternoon: Ferrara Guided Tour

The Estense capital is a modern city full of ancient traditions. The historical centre is perfectly preserved and remains an excellent example of Renaissance urban planning.

 

Day 4

Florence Guided tour

Visit the splendid Duomo crowned with the magnificent Brunelleschi dome, the Baptistery, Giotto's Bell Tower, Piazza Della Signoria, the Academia Museum, and the enchanting Piazzale Michelangelo.

 

Day 5

Cinque Terre Tour

Today we travel to Monterosso al Mare which is part of the Cinque Terre Marine UNESCO protected Marine park. Small beaches between sheer cliffs and winding paths enchant a profound back drop.

 

Day 6

Morning: Siena Guided Tour

Surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, Siena is one of the most beautiful cities of Tuscany. Piazza Del Campo stands at its heart; the Duomo and St Maria della Scala serve as additional cultural landmarks.

   

Afternoon: San Gimignano visit and Wine Tasting Tour

One of the most charming and picturesque of all the Tuscan hill towns, San Gimignano is noted mainly for its medieval towers. A visit to the vineyards of a local vinery for a Wine Tasting Tour.

 

Day 7

Morning: Montevarchi and Valdarno Shopping Outlets

Shopping for top luxury brands and quality merchandise at an incredible discounted price. Sample Brands: Armani, Ungaro,  D&G, Prada, Fendi, Gucci, Valentino, Ferragamo, Hogan, Yves Saint Laurent.  

   

Afternoon: Orvieto Visit

On route to Rome we visit Orvieto. This ancient town picturesquely sits on a large, flat outcropping with sheer cliffs. Orvieto, while no secret, is worth a good day of sightseeing.

 

 

Day 8

Morning: Vatican City Guided tour

On this Vatican Tour we will lead you through the maze of the Vatican City and look closely at the highlights of the Vatican Museums' marvellous art collection including the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica.

   

Afternoon: Ancient Rome Guided tour

Experience 2753 years of ancient ruins and intriguing history. Visit the best known monuments of Rome such as the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Capitoline Hill, Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and Piazza Navona.

 

Day 9

Pompeii Guided Tour

Pompeii is the most significant proof of Roman civilization. The city has emerged from the darkness of centuries buried in the thick layer of ash and lava from the eruption of Vesuvius in  79 A.D.

Special evening in Sorrento: Tarantella Folkloristic Show.

 

Day 10

Capri Guided Tour

Capri is a sea of emotions,  a dream, a million charming secrets to discover. We board a fast ferry in Sorrento and cruise across the bay to Capri. In the morning we visit Villa San Michele. Boat Tour to Blue Grotto.

 

Day 11

Amalfi Coast and Ravello Villa Rufolo Guided Tour

Amalfi origin dates back to the first century A.C. when the Roman aristocracy built luxurious villas in this area. Today Amalfi is an exclusive resort filled with an incredible cultural and artistic patrimony.

 

Day 12
