Day 01: Rome Arrival | Welcome to Italy! Upon arrival at Rome airport please proceed through the Passport Control and collect your luggage inside the customs area. Private transfer to your hotel in Roma. The rest of the day is at leisure to explore the Eternal City. Overnight in Rome.
Day 02: Rome Private Guided Tour| After breakfast, transfer to the Vatican for a private guided visit of the Museum and St Peter’s Basilica. Vatican art and history have always left a profound impression on visitors to Rome: discover the masterpieces of Greek and Roman ancient art, works of Raphael, Michelangelo and Caravaggio, the Sistine Chapel and St Peter's Basilica. Day 03: Rome - Montepulciano - Montalcino - Chianti | In the morning, meeting with the driver and departure to Chianti. The drive itself is a magnificent path along the roads of Tuscany, where it is possible to enjoy the view of hills covered by vineyards, olives tree, small villages and original bell towers. En route stop in Montepulciano and Montalcino: visit of the small medieval villages, famous for its wine and the beautiful landscape. Lunch and wine tasting at Azienda Tornesi. Arrival in Chianti late afternoon. Overnight in Chianti.
Day 04: San Gimignano - Siena - Chianti | After breakfast at the hotel, meet the driver in the lobby for a Private Tour of the Tuscany countryside. First San Gimignano, a splendid example of medieval town declared a World Heritage Site. The town will leave you astonished by its beauty. Leave San Gimignano to visit the Chianti area where you will enjoy a Food a Wine Tasting at local Winery. Then continue on to Siena for a private guided tour of Italy's loveliest medieval city. Siena's heart is its central piazza known as Il Campo, known worldwide for the famous Palio run here, a horse race run around the piazza two times every summer. Day 05: Chianti - Florence | Breakfast at the Hotel. In the morning, transfer to your hotel in Florence by private car. Lunch and afternoon at leisure. Overnight in Florence.
Day 06: Florence Private Guided Tour| Breakfast at the Hotel. Your private guide will meet you at your hotel for your private walking tour of the city. Florence's rich past as the cultural centre of the Italian Renaissance can still be seen today in the wealth of art gathered here and in the preservation of its splendid architecture. Day 07: Pisa - Lucca | Breakfast at the Hotel. Lucca and Pisa are undoubtedly among the richest cities in the world for their architecture and history: they are mandatory destinations for those who want to go deep inside Tuscany and its artistic background. Once in Pisa, you will be met by personal guide and the tour starts in the incredible Piazza dei Miracoli: here you can admire the baptistery and the famous Leaning Tower, together with a guided visit in the majestic Cathedral. After you will have some free time to do shopping or have a cappuccino before the departure for Lucca. In Lucca, famous for its still intact walls with huge gates and ramparts, your Tour Guide will lead you to the enchanting old town centre walking along a section of the walls and enjoying a breathtaking view over the rooftops. Then you are free to admire the main attractions of the city we recommend Anfiteatro Square, Guinigi Tower, San Martino Cathedral and stroll along the picturesque streets of antique shops.
