Sere Chevalier is a famous tourist attraction spot in southeastern France endowed with a large skiing area spanning 250 kilometers. Skiing in Sere Chevalier

With pistes around 250 kilometers, Serre Chevalier is one of France’s most extensive skiing areas. Also. Its altitude ranges from 2800meters to 1200 meters, and that indicates a vertical drop of 1600 meters.  Most of these runs are at a height of above 2000 meters, which means that the snow stays in good condition for most parts of the year.  Another important fact is that nearly two-thirds of the pistes are treeline, which makes it the right place when trees’ availability enhances skiing as visibility. For the tree-less resorts, it would be white-out. Access to the runs is enhanced by the availability of the gondolas, cable care, chairs, and ski tows.

Visitors can also enjoy snowboarding. Snowboarders can revel in cruising the slopes that are in this region.  Powdered off-piste even provide snowboarders with a fantastic free ride. Other activities at Serre Chevalier

Indoor swimming: Do you enjoy swimming? There is a pubic pool that is located at the foot of the slopes and covers an area of 24-meters. It’s an ideal place to go, especially in the evening when it’s sunny.  Because it’s a public place, it’s an excellent socializing place that can help alleviate any stresses you had.

Les Grand Bains: This is a place that has always attracted a large number of people over the years.  Les grand Bains has both indoor and outdoor pools. The 300 square meters outdoor pool hat is equipped with lay rivers, fountain jets, spa baths, and relaxation areas that are always open throughout the year.  The indoor pool, which occupies the same size as the outdoor pool, has a natural supply of warm water, spa baths, underwater shower columns, and micro-bubble zones.

City Vauban, Briancon: History says that in 1624 and 1692, Briancon had to wildfires that nearly brought the city to the floor. However, it was later rebuilt by a person known as Vauban. Away from history, this is a perfect place for evening strolls in, and it’s had a lot of shops, restaurants, souvenir shops, and craft specialists.

Eating out: Do enjoy French cuisine? Head out to CHantemerle, which has numerous eateries. Le Loup Blanc has some of the mouthwatering desserts that you can eve find. Le frog has traditional Scottish foods. Here you can try a Scottish smoked salmon.

Partying: Serre chevalier is a lively town that has bars and clubs that springs to life in the evening. For an apres ski, head out to these clubs and enjoy drinks and music.

The nearest international airports are Geneva (GVA), Milan (MXP), and Lyon (LYS).
