Day 01: Rome Arrival | Welcome to Italy! Upon arrival at Rome airport please proceed through the Passport Control and collect your luggage inside the customs area. Private transfer to your hotel in Roma. The rest of the day is at leisure to explore the Eternal City. Overnight in Rome.
Day 02: Ancient Rome + Fountains & Squares Private Guided Tour | Breakfast at the Hotel. Meet your driver and guide at the Hotel Lobby. This morning you will enjoy a Private Guided Tour of the Wonders of the Ancient Romans. You will be transported back to the days of the Caesars and the Roman Legions as you visit the Colosseum. After Lunch included in a characteristic local restaurant continue to the Spanish Steps, the illustrious sight has a monumental staircase leading to Trinita Dei Monti. Day 04: Rome → Montepulciano Food and Wine Tour → Montalcino – Chianti | Breakfast at the Hotel. This morning, meet your private driver at the hotel lobby. On Route to your hotel in Chianti stop in Montalcino. for a fabulous lunch at Avignonesi Wine Estate to be followed by a visit and Wine Tasting of Vino Nobile wines. The Nobile wines of Montepulciano were the first to be given the ultimate quality level of DOCG certification. Continue to Montalcino. an ancient village scarcely changed in appearance since the 16th century. Once you get up to the town, a magnificent spectacle unfolds for your eyes: rolling sunny hills dotted with yellow and red flowers, ancient oak trees, picturesque olive groves, scenic country roads winding through perfect vineyards, and isolated cypress trees atop hills. Day 05: Arezzo and Cortona Private Guided Tour | After breakfast at the hotel, meet your driver and guide in the lobby. This morning travel to Arezzo where you will meet your guide. Arezzo is an extraordinary and ancient city, that is actually as old as Alexandria of Egypt. It is a small treasure with an ancient soul, where history, culture, and art blend together with the classic Tuscan “live-well” philosophy. Explore the historic center to take in the details – the courtyards, the old buildings, the balustrades in wrought iron, the lamp fixtures…an overall charming atmosphere! The heart of the city is the Piazza Grande, a delightful square outlined with imposing public buildings and loggias. The small Piazza San Francesco is more intimate and charming with its outdoor cafes and lived-in feel. After lunch in a characteristic local restaurant, travel to Cortona. Day 02: Siena and Chianti Private Guided Tour | Breakfast at the Hotel. Meet your Driver at the Hotel Lobby. Your day tour starts in Siena, Italy’s loveliest medieval city. Day 07: Chianti → San Gimignano → Florence | After breakfast at the hotel, meet your driver in the lobby.
